This page explains what happens to the information you give us through this website.

Online booking

To book, we ask for your name and phone number, and optionally your email and a note. We use these only to manage your appointment, for example to confirm, remind or reschedule it. Your booking reference and a private link let you view or cancel it.

Payments

Deposits paid with eSewa or Khalti are processed by those companies on their own websites. We never see or store your eSewa or Khalti login, PIN or card details. We keep the payment reference and amount to match it to your booking.

Messages and job applications

Messages from the contact form go to our clinic inbox. CVs sent through the careers page are stored privately, seen only by clinic staff handling recruitment, and deleted on request.

WhatsApp, chat and phone

The chat assistant on this site runs in your browser and does not send what you type anywhere unless you press a WhatsApp button. WhatsApp is run by Meta and covered by its own privacy policy.

Map and videos

The map (Google Maps) and videos (YouTube) only load when you press “Show map here” or play a video. Google then receives information such as your IP address.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Your health information

Please do not send detailed medical records through the website. We will ask for what we need at your visit.

Asking us to delete your details

Call us on +977 981846600 or message us on WhatsApp and we will delete the details you sent through the website, apart from records we must keep by law.
